Client Agreement & Informed Consent
Facilitator: Olivia Dydyna
By booking a session and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. This agreement applies to all one-off sessions and ongoing work with Olivia Dydyna through Be Sexessful LLC (referred to as “the Company”).
1. Nature of Services
The services offered through Be Sexessful LLC are experiential, educational, and personal-development in nature. Sessions may include:
Somatic and body-based awareness practices
Theta Healing®
Psychic sight and intuitive reading
Shamanic symbolism and energy healing
Breathwork and guided visualization
Verbal coaching, facilitation, and dialogue
Couples facilitation and intimacy support
These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. Olivia Dydyna does not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions, and does not hold herself out as a licensed healthcare provider. Nothing shared in sessions should be interpreted as medical or psychological advice.
2. Your Responsibility as a Client
You retain full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being throughout our work together. This includes:
All decisions, choices, and actions arising from your sessions
Disclosing any relevant medical or mental health information before we begin
Continuing any prescribed medications or therapeutic treatments — you agree not to discontinue or alter these as a result of our work together
Seeking appropriate professional support (medical, psychological, or emergency) when needed
No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results are shaped by many factors, including your own engagement, timing, and circumstances.
3. Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk
Somatic practices, breathwork, Theta Healing, energy work, and shamanic approaches can involve emotional release, physical sensations (such as warmth, tingling, or changes in breath), altered states of awareness, and shifts in your nervous system. These are generally normal and temporary.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating with full awareness of these possibilities, and you assume responsibility for your experience. You are encouraged to stop or modify any practice at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
Contraindications
The following conditions may be contraindicated for breathwork or somatic practices, or may require prior medical clearance:
Cardiovascular conditions, including angina or recent heart attack
High or uncontrolled blood pressure
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Detached retina or glaucoma
Osteoporosis or recent physical injuries
Pregnancy
Asthma (without access to a rescue inhaler)
Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions
Use of major psychoactive medications
History of panic attacks or severe anxiety
Any condition requiring ongoing medical treatment
If any of the above applies to you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating, and inform Olivia before your session begins.
4. Confidentiality
Everything you share in sessions is confidential. There are three exceptions to this:
If there is reasonable belief of risk of harm to yourself or others
If there is disclosure of abuse or illegal activity
If disclosure is required by law, court order, or legal process
Anonymised insights from sessions may occasionally be used for professional development or educational purposes. Your identifying details will never be shared without your written consent.
5. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment is required in full prior to your session unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation initiated by Olivia.
If you need to reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.
6. Release of Liability & Indemnification
You are choosing to participate voluntarily and with full knowledge of the nature of these services. In doing so, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Be Sexessful LLC, its owner, officers, contractors, agents, and Olivia Dydyna (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages — including personal injury, emotional distress, or other harm — arising from or related to your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be handled in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
8. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between you and Be Sexessful LLC and supersedes any prior verbal or written understandings. Any modifications must be made in writing.

By checking the agreement box at booking (or signing below), you confirm that:
You have read and understood this Agreement in full
You are entering into this voluntarily, without pressure or coercion
You understand you are voluntarily waiving certain legal rights, including the right to bring a claim, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct
